Being sustainable for us at Olly Services is a broad concept, related not only to environmental protection, but also and above all, to the impact that our business has on the territory and on the surrounding community: supporting our staff’s regular employment and their economic stability, respecting gender equality during the recruitment process, choosing suppliers that observe high-quality standards, and buying fair trade products.

To reduce the environmental impact of our activities, all of the equipment we use is exclusively electrical and of latest generation. Our services are always provided maintaining principles of quality, sustainability, environmental protection, and respecting the workers’ health and safety.

We possess a sustainability certification in events’ organization, which is one of the activities that affects society the most.

We believe in sustainable development

We are inspired by the principles of sustainable development. We believe that the environment has a crucial role in the valorisation and the economic and social development of the territory. This is why we strive to prevent, reduce or eliminate all circumstances that could cause an environmental emergency.

Our commitment towards people, and their social and local context

We recognize the great importance of our human resources. We care for the personal and professional development of our staff because we believe that their well-being is an essential part of the company’s growth and of being able to satisfy our clients’ goals.

We use our resources efficiently and sustainably, by doing so we create a value which strengthens the territorial wealth and improves the social, environmental, and economical context. We are committed to helping our clients find sustainable solutions, therefore creating a virtuous cycle of good practices, strengthening the reputation and the relationship with the main stakeholders, and clearly demonstrating the quality of our actions. In our corporate vision, sustainable development is seen as an opportunity for economic growth, for it adds value to the company and all its partners.

Best practice

We pursue our sustainability goals through a series of best practices: gender equality policies; stakeholder protection and care through training investments; adoption of the UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 with the aim of preventing waste production, recycling, reducing energetic consumption, optimizing the use of spaces, resources, and equipment and adopting the ISO 20121:2012 for sustainable event organisation.

Lastly, our commitment to a more sustainable future is also proven by our participation to the United Nations Global Compact initiative, which supports us in acting in a way that contributes to reach the Sustainable Development Goals. The 10 Global Compact principles relate to human rights, work standards, environmental protection, and the fight against corruption. We incorporate these principles in our strategy, our daily operations, and our organisational choices.

The United Nations Global Compact is the world’s widest strategic initiative for corporate citizenship. It was born from the desire to promote a globally sustainable economy, respectful of human and work rights, environmental protection, and the fight against corruption.
